4th Sunday of the Month

Please see the below for important information in regards to attending Palm Beach Market.

Address: Governor Phillip Park, Palm Beach. NSW 2106

The Market Site (M1) is located to the south of Dunes restaurant as shown on the attached map.

Market Date: 4th Sunday of the month
Market Hours: 9am - 3pm
Contact Number (market day from 6:45am): 0452 446 556. SMS may be delayed in being received on market days so it is best to CALL.

Stall Position: Will be allocated on the day.

ON ARRIVAL : On arrival queue at the QUEUE HERE sign, provide your STALL NAME/COMPANY NAME  and a market manager will direct you to your stall space.

BUMP IN : Between 7am(no earlier) til 8:20am (no later). 

1 vehicle per Market Stall is allowed to enter the site.  Please unload all equipment, remove vehicle and then start setting up.

Access to the market area is through a narrow gateway. See above Map - Red Arrow.

The Entry and Exit gateway are the same, so stallholders must exercise caution. Larger vehicles may find it easier to enter this gate by approaching from the opposite direction.

Always check within with the Market Managers on arrival and prior to setting up. 

Do not queue or wait on the corner of the road to enter the market, please drive past and approach from the other direction. If you need to queue, please pull over as far left as possible ensure minimal obstruction of traffic.

We ask that on the morning of a market stalls don't ask to be moved so you have a corner or space with vehicle behind etc. 

PACK DOWN: Vehicle access will be allowed AFTER 3:10pm, this allows us to get some vehicles out of the market first, which creates space and makes it easier for vehicle movement. Stalls must pack down all of their equipment BEFORE the vehicle is brought into the Market Site. All stall holders must vacate the Market site by 4:15pm or a fee may be charged.

EQUIPMENT: Please bring all of your own equipment (gazebo, tables, weights etc). Weights must be used as pegs are not allowed due to pipes in the ground.

We would appreciate it if you used a Rug/Mat to cover your stall area to protect the grass as well as defines your stall space.

Food Stalls are required to comply with the Food Stall Regulations as per Northern Beaches Council Food Stall Permit.

PARKING: Stallholder parking (P1) is available across the road from the Market Site(ocean side of the road, as indicated on the attached map - Blue Arrow
Stallholders who wish to use their Northern Beaches Council parking stickers will be asked to also park in the stall holder parking to try and maximise parking for visitors.
Please note: Palm Beach is a pay and display parking zone, so if you have to park in the public parking areas you will need to buy a ticket from the ticket machines to avoid being fined by Pittwater Council Rangers, who patrol all day Sunday.

PAYMENT:A n email with a link for payment will be sent.  Please make payment as per due date on invoice (7 days from Invoice date) to ensure your space. Unpaid spaces will be offered to stalls on the waitlist.

INSURANCE: You are required to have $20 Million Public Liability Insurance. If you do not have PLI  please contact us 5 days prior to attending as we may be able to provide you with cover.

FOOD STALLS : Require a Northern Seaches Food Stall Permit. This can be obtained here : Mobile and temporary food stalls | Northern Beaches Council. Food Stalls also require Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

​WASTE and RUBBISH REMOVAL: The rubbish bins are provided for public use. Stallholders are responsible for removing their own rubbish from the market area. Failure to do this may result in a ban from future markets.

CANCELLATION: Cancel by 9pm Thursday or a cancellation fees of $25 may apply. If you cancel after 9am Friday then the full fee may be forfieted

$15 admin fee applies for refunds, which are at our discretion.

EQUIPMENT:  Ensure you have weights attached to your Gazebo at ALL TIMES. If you have hired equipment it will be at your stall site.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: We will advise by 6am on the morning of the market if the market will be cancelled. Weather forecasts do change leading up to an event. We may also make this decision at an earlier date.

​

LOCAL STALLS : We use Local Stalls for applications and bookings.

Via your login you are able to see Upcoming Bookings, Status of applications, Invoices that are paid or pending, make payment, book for other markets, cancel your attendance, save your Public Liability and other certifications and search for other markets that are also using Local Stalls.
