BUMP IN DETAILS for STALLHOLDERS

Stall Locations will be advised on Saturday Morning. we do this as there can be several changes that occur during the lead up to a market.

We have 2 AREAS for the market which are listed below. There is a map below so you can familiarise yourself with these 2  locations, unload locations and parking options that are available. 

​

1. Astro Turf (Green) & Longueville Road (Blue)

2. The Canopy (Red)    (Please note that Birdwood Lane is One Way)

Unload time is 20 mins. Please unload all equipment from vehicle, move vehicle to allow others to unload and then set up your stall.​​

SET UP TIME is strictly from 7am - 8:30am

Market Managers will be onsite from 7am and wearing Fluro Vests

Market Time: 9am - 3pm.

We ask that all stalls be set up and ready to trade at 8:45am.

Please Note: Vehicles are not permitted on the pavement of Lane Cove, you will need to park and carry your equipment to your stall site.

ARRIVAL : When you arrive, provide your STALL NAME to the market Manager (site numbers are just numbers, not sites). Market Managers will show you to your site. We ask that you don't request corners or to be placed in another location on the morning of the market.

PARKING : Streets directly around the market and the parking stations are timed. Residential streets further away from the market are untimed. The Canopy Parking on P4 has parking available for $7.50 BUT only if you Enter Before 9:30am and Exit After 4pm.

PACK DOWN: Please pack down all of your equipment before you bring your vehicle to the Unload Zones. This helps with quick loading of equipment into Vehicle

WASTE and RUBBISH REMOVAL: The rubbish bins are provided for public use. Stallholders are responsible for removing their own rubbish from the market area. Failure to do this may result in a ban from future markets.

CANCELLATION: By 9pm Thursday or a cancellation fee of $25 may be charged. If you cancel after 9am Friday then the full fee is to be paid. Please call 0452 446 556 if cancelling after Thursday 9pm.

Refunds incur a $15 Admin Fee

EQUIPMENT:  Ensure you have weights attached to your Gazebo at ALL TIMES. If you have hired equipment it will be at your stall site. 

​

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: We will advise by 6am on the morning of the market if the market will be cancelled. Weather forecasts do change leading up to an event. We may also make this decision at an earlier date.

​

LOCAL STALLS : We use Local Stalls for applications and bookings.

Via your login you are able to see Upcoming Bookings, Status of applications, Invoices that are paid or pending, make payment, book for other markets, cancel your attendance, save your Public Liability and other certifications and search for other markets that are also using Local Stalls.
