I do not have Public Liability Insurance. I am aware and agree to the following: A $20 fee will be applied to my Invoice to provide Insurance cover and payment will be made prior to the start of the market. I accept there is an Excess of $2,400.00 and approval of any claim made is at the descretion of the Insurance Company

I am aware that I will need to carry all equipment to my allocated stall space as vehicles are not allowed on site.*
