Food Stalls
Food stalls must provide evidence of having a NSW food licence number before setting up. Information on registering to get this number and further food standards information can be found on the following sites.
It is the resposibility of the stallholder to ensure that they comply with all food standards and regulations while trading at the market. Managers may advise the stallholder if they think that changes need to be made to comply, but are not liable for claims if the stallholder is fined or stopped from trading.
